During the two-hour à la carte experience, individually plated dishes such as the Caviar Tasting, Half Moon Bay Crab Cake, and Wagyu Beef Slider can be ordered in any quantity. On Thanksgiving Day, November 23, Navio will present Traditional Early Bird Organic Turkey.

November 22–25: Chef de Cuisine Francisco Simón presents Thanksgiving-inspired Navio classics for the seven-course Chef’s Thanksgiving Tasting. The menu features dishes such as Half Moon Bay Black Cod, Beef Wellington, and Cinderella Pumpkin Bisque with Langoustine. Specially on Thanksgiving Day, November 23, Chef Simón will prepare Traditional Early Bird Organic Turkey to commemorate the evening.
