November 23, 25–26: Chef de Cuisine Francisco Simón’s Thanksgiving Brunch features courses that celebrate the season’s harvest. During the two-hour à la carte experience, individually plated dishes such as the Caviar Tasting, Half Moon Bay Crab Cake, and Wagyu Beef Slider can be ordered in any quantity. On Thanksgiving Day, November 23, Navio will present Traditional Early Bird Organic Turkey.
