At Dorado Beach, dining is a culmination of elements, an exploration of flavors and techniques from Puerto Rico and around the world. From every table, the ocean is a constant reminder that there is always more to experience.

Wine director Jonathan Moran sourced each of the wines in COA’s cellar, the largest in Puerto Rico. The space houses 670 labels and 3,200 bottles and can host private dinners and tastings. “The right pairing can elevate the dining experience,” Moran says. “And 99% of the time I get it right on the first try.”
