Celebrate Easter Sunday with an indulgent brunch affair at Colony.

Look forward to themed culinary delights such as deviled eggs with gochujang mayonnaise; scallop with kohlrabi purée and caviar; King crab with truffle ragout and egg custard; Easter pie, and lots of chocolate eggs.

Commemorate the day with a snapshot at the photo booth, and be sure to catch an appearance by the Easter Bunny.

Take a step back in time and journey through Singapore’s culinary heritage, while you enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea at Colony.
Relish savoury highlights inspired by Singapore’s heritage cuisines including Chinese, Western, and local dishes, which are served in a five-tier ceramic tiffin, also known as “tingkat” in the Malay language. These include the lobster rojak, stuffed crustacean with salted egg custard, beef with melted camembert, tandoori chicken puff with cucumber raita, and blue swimmer crab butty with pressed cantaloupe and ikura.
The afternoon tea journey continues as you delight in Colony’s custom tea blend with a choice of ginger or lavender tea syrup enhancement, complemented by unlimited servings of desserts at The Patisserie.
