These include plain and chocolate cinnamon scones, mini mushroom cheese chicken pie, seafood rendang with king crab in pandan bread, marinated apricot with mascarpone and cheddar gratin sandwich, and seared tuna in spiced masala wrap.
The afternoon tea journey continues as you delight in Colony’s custom tea blend, complemented by a selection of desserts such a yuzu praline tart, ivory raspberry sphere, lemon confit cheesecake, tropical fruit bar, salted caramel sphere, hazelnut financier and a mini chocolate tart.
