Summer Pavilion (One Michelin Star) and Yong Fu Hong Kong (One Michelin Star) are pleased to announce a special Four-Hands collaboration. Through this novel culinary partnership, Chefs Cheung Siu Kong and Liu Zhen will showcase the melding of contemporary Cantonese and Ningbo flavors through a multi-course gastronomic set menu.

Prices start from SGD 208++ for a six-course set lunch and from SGD 308++ for an eight-course set dinner

Allow us to enhance your meetings and social events at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore with exquisite Cantonese cuisine, handcrafted by the culinary team of the one Michelin star Summer Pavilion.

Even if your event or celebration is held at The Commonwealth (Level Two) or in The Grand Ballroom (Level One), your guests can still enjoy curated set menus by Summer Pavilion.

Six-course set menus are available from SGD 288 per person.
