Our specially curated Singapore Grand Prix set dinner menus feature Applewood smoked suckling pig, pan-fried Hokkaido king scallop with black caviar, and steamed lobster meat with egg white and balsamic pearls.

Even if your event or celebration is held at The Commonwealth (Level Two) or in The Grand Ballroom (Level One), your guests can still enjoy curated set menus by Summer Pavilion.
