Indulge mum with an exquisite culinary experience at the one Michelin star Summer Pavilion. 

Look forward to authentic Cantonese dishes such as double-boiled superior bird’s nest soup with sea whelk; braised six-head whole South African abalone; and chilled peach gum with bamboo pith and red dates. All mothers will receive a carnation as a memento of this special occasion.

Five-and eight-course set menus are available from SGD 178 per person.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION IN THE GARDEN SUITE

Throw a themed birthday party and enjoy a nine-course set menu designed by our Chinese Executive Chef Cheung Siu Kong.

In keeping with Chinese tradition, complimentary longevity buns or Shou-Tao (寿桃), auspicious peach-shaped lotus seed buns that symbolise good health and long life, will be served to the birthday celebrant, along with a two-kilogram birthday cake. A personalised candy buffet can be arranged at an additional cost.

Allow us to enhance your meetings and social events at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore with exquisite Cantonese cuisine, handcrafted by the culinary team of the one Michelin star Summer Pavilion.

Even if your event or celebration is held at The Commonwealth (Level Two) or in The Grand Ballroom (Level One), your guests can still enjoy curated set menus by Summer Pavilion.
