MID-AUTUMN ARTISTRY

Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with a curated selection of traditional baked and snow skin mooncakes presented by The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. 
Newly conceived flavors include the baked Osmanthus Oolong and Lychee Tea Paste with Macadamia mooncake that boasts subtle floral, fruity and nutty notes that harmonize perfectly; and the Mini Snow-skin Amber Treasure mooncake which is derived from Summer Pavilion’s signature cocktail of the same name - comprised of red date infused liquor and house blend vermouth. 
Gift and indulge your loved ones with popular flavors such as the Mini Snowskin Lycheetini, White Lotus Seed Paste with Double Yolk, and Assorted Baked mooncakes. Our baked and Snowskin ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Durian mooncakes are presented in a square wooden box, while our mini snowskin mooncakes are packaged in a rectangular wooden box.

Early Bird Privilege:
Enjoy a 25% privilege on all mooncake varieties when you purchase online from 21 June to 18 July 2021. 

Credit Card Privileges:
Citibank, DBS, HSBC, OCBC, POSB and UOB credit card members enjoy a 20% privilege on purchases from 19 July through 21 September 2021. 

Collection of mooncakes will be available at Colony Bakery located on level three of The Ritz-Carlton, Mil-lenia Singapore, from 2 August to 21 September 2021, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

NATURAL WINES PAIRING SET LUNCH MENU

Elevated weekend lunches at the one Michelin star Summer Pavilion with our inaugural Natural Wines Pairing Set Menu. Natural wines are small batch produced, unfiltered and unadulterated wines. Be one of the first to discover Summer Pavilion’s contemporary dim sum and Cantonese cuisine paired with four specially curated Natural Wines - a sparkling wine, a white wine, an orange wine and a red wine. 

Available for lunch (11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.) from Fridays through Sundays only, between 27 August to 14 November 2021. From SGD 120 per person. Pre-payment is required.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION IN THE GARDEN SUITE

Throw a themed birthday party and enjoy a nine-course set menu designed by our Chinese Executive Chef Cheung Siu Kong.

In keeping with Chinese tradition, complimentary longevity buns or Shou-Tao (寿桃), auspicious peach-shaped lotus seed buns that symbolize good health and long life, will be served to the birthday celebrant, along with a two-kilogram birthday cake. A personalised candy buffet can be arranged at an additional cost.

Allow us to enhance your meetings and social events at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore with exquisite Cantonese cuisine, handcrafted by the culinary team of the one Michelin star Summer Pavilion.

Even if your event or celebration is held at The Commonwealth (Level Two) or in The Grand Ballroom (Level One), your guests can still enjoy curated set menus by Summer Pavilion.

Six-course set menus are available from SGD 288 per person.
