Christmas at Arola – a gastronomic highlight

Celebrate the festive season with an haute cuisine Christmas Lunch or Dinner in Barcelona at Arola restaurant. Chef Sergi Arola uses imaginative reinterpretations of traditional tapas dishes for a casual but refined Christmas menu, offering five Mediterranean appetizers such as the Steak Tartare or the Stewed ox-tail raviolis, followed by classic Christmas creations like the Truffled Christmas cannelloni and “Escudella”, a Traditional Catalan casserole.

New Year’s Eve Dinner menu at Arola

At Arola Restaurant everything will be set for you to celebrate the last night of the year in Barcelona. The special New Year’s Eve menu features creative interpretations of Catalan Chef Sergi Arola that will convert your last night of the year into a unique and indulging dining experience to remember. Starting with a set of five delicious starters such as the Sun oysters or the Foie gras with hazelnut and chocolate Arola’s “End of the Year” tasting menu includes both traditional and contemporary delights such as the “Sole with memories of the sea and caviar” or the “Lamb with apple, Payoyo cheese and Winter truffle”. Once finished your dinner, the New Year’s Eve will continue in Hotel Arts’ Gran Saló Gaudi ballroom where you will have access to a glamorous after-dinner ball with music and cocktails.
