Michelin awarded chef Ricardo Sanz is justly famous for his clever fusion of traditional Japanese influences and modern Western culinary techniques, as well as for his carefully sourced ingredients. His cuisine reflects a real passion for sushi, sashimi and nigiri prepared with the greatest expertise.
Paying tribute to Japanese techniques, the Kabuki pop-up menu at Frank’s Bar will include sushis, sashimis and exotic dishes, to be enjoyed in the chic ambience of Frank’s Bar, converted for the occasion into a gourmet sushi counter.
