Executive Chef Andres Jimenez is here to create amazing cuisine just for you on your special day.
A highly credentialed culinary personality, Chef Jimenez is a highly creative chef known for combining fresh, local and seasonal produce to create culinary masterpieces.
Prior to The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, Chef Jimenez served as executive sous chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Las Vegas. His career also includes positions as chef de cuisine, specialty chef, head pastry chef in locations including the West Indies, Costa Rica and France.
Mr. Jimenez’s apprenticeships were served at Restaurant George Blanc in Vonnas, France and at Restaurant Roland Perroz in Verbier, Switzerland. He is a graduate of the Ecole de Cuisine et Patisserie du Cordon Bleu in Paris, France.
A native of Costa Rica, Mr. Jimenez is fluent in both Spanish and French. He and his wife Ana enjoy long walks with their dog. Other hobbies include hiking, photography, wine tasting and finding new cuisine.
Pastry Chef
Pastry Chef Leslie Ann Viets has 22 years in the business of creating beautiful, sweet and savory creations. Like Chef Jimenez, Leslie Ann uses seasonal ingredients for various desserts and special occasion pastries.
Her creations are so amazing, her custom handmade wedding cake tops were featured on "Good Morning America", highlighting her exquisite and detailed handiwork. Her background includes owning her own custom confections business here in Colorado, and serving as executive pastry chef, head pastry chef and assistant pastry chef at various locations around the country.
With her training, diligence and creativity toward her work, Leslie Ann will be able to make culinary creations that will make your day memorable for both you and your guests.
