Service Cake Overview:

Each guest will be presented with a decorated plate consisting of a slice of cake as well as appropriate sauce and decoration that relates to the selected flavor for the evening.

All service cakes are finished with buttercream icing in the associated flavor choice.

All display cakes are finished with fondant unless discussed with the pastry chef prior to the event.

Choosing to have alternating cake flavors and or duo cake flavors for your guests is possible based on additional labor charges.
