The world’s highest bar, Ozone, debuts a new tapas menu, adding special edition Ozone caviar and Spanish amaze to the current exotic selection of Asian tapas and Japanese specialties. The tempting menu includes Montaditos selection, artichokes with quail egg and white sturgeon caviar, porcini “tetilla” cheese and truffle sandwich, and watermelon “sangria” and strawberry “campari”.
