Two-star Michelin restaurant Tin Lung Heen’s Chef de Cuisine Paul Lau, pairs up Cantonese cuisine with an exquisite interpretations of the finest white truffle. The intensely flavorful white truffle shavings enhance the aromatic profile of the dish and make it a perfect treat for the season.

Two-star Michelin Tin Lung Heen is honored to offer Chateau d’Yquem Sweet Wine. Delicately sweet with an excellent balance of acidity, the full flavor and colour is renowned as a golden elixir. Wine sommelier Benson Yan has carefully selected this beautiful wine pairing for three exquisite dishes specially created by Chef de Cuisine Paul Lau to tease your palate.
