Two-Star Michelin Chef Pino Lavarra

Born in Puglia, Chef Lavarra has a wealth of experience working in renowned hotels and restaurants around the globe, shaping his gastronomic technique to the pinnacle. His gastronomic talents has earned him prestigious recognitions including “One of the Best Chefs in the World” by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences, and Michelin two stars award for Rossellinis, the restaurant that he led since 2001.

His culinary style features a mix of innovation and tradition, presenting the classical innovative Italian cuisine in a contemporary way, creating and crafting a gastronomic memory that will last a lifetime.

The Creator of Culinary Stories - Three Michelin-starred Guest Chef Niko Romito

Talented culinary story-teller Niko Romito will evince his gastronomic magic this coming New Year at Tosca.  Chef Niko, the last appointed three-Michelin star chef in Italy since 2014, is passionate about cooking with the utmost respect for the ingredients he selects. Hosted by Chef Pino Lavarra, Chef Niko will present a diverse range of exquisite creations from sea-foods and succulent meats to wholesome vegetables.

As a self-taught chef under the mentorship and tutelage of chefs Valeria Piccini and Salvatore Tassa, Chef Niko began his culinary career at El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Spain. He later returned to his family’s restaurant Reale in Italy. This is the first time for Chef Niko to travel to Asia and showcase his inspired and innovative cuisine with a contemporary approach. Only at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.

Pino’s First Table
Join Chef Pino to celebrate his consecutive Michelin stars.  At a limited-seats Chef’s First Table a unique four-course menu will be presented each night (Monday to Thursday, except Public Holidays). The specially crafted menu will be available at a special price of HK$680 per guest, window seats guaranteed. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance. Chef Pino’s First Table will be served only once each evening at 6pm.
