Lazy weekend afternoons will be invigorated with the newly launched coffee and tea-themed afternoon tea at Chihuly Lounge. Executive Pastry Chef Terence Pang has incorporated the full-bodied and aromatic flavours of coffee and tea into
desserts such as green tea cake with pineapple, rose ‘tea-ra-misu’, and yuan-yang macaroons. Finger sandwiches and hot and cold savouries will also be offered. 

$40 per adult (inclusive of complimentary servings of vanilla tea cocktails) and $20 per child (six – 12 years of age), prices are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.

November 1 to 30, 2009
The hairy crab delicacy, best savoured later in the season from November onwards, makes it annual debut at Summer Pavilion. Skillfully prepared under the watchful eye of Chef Fok Kai Yee, three specialities – braised superior shark’s fin with hairy crab roe, steamed crab meat dumpling with pork and hairy crab roe and the traditional steamed hairy crab – will pamper gourmands with a satisfying dining experience. A cup of homemade ginger tea will also be served with the steamed hairy crab to restore the body’s ‘yin’ and ‘yang’.

Pamper your girlfriends and sisters with a well-deserved mid-week treat at Greenhouse. Catch up with one another over a tantalising dinner spread of appetisers, soups, seafood on ice, main courses and a cheese station showcasing a range of New World farm house cheeses. To sweeten the experience, Greenhouse is offering a 25 percent privilege to all ladies every Wednesday. In addition, the ladies may also enjoy 1-for-1 martinis at Chihuly Lounge from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.

On November 28, 2009, at 6:30 p.m., families may also gather around our 20-foot tall Christmas tree at the hotel lobby with Santa Claus and witness its magical illumination to the joyous resound of carols.
