Chinese Executive Chef Cheung Siu Kong has launched an authentically-crafted Cantonese set menu to commemorate his recent new appointment.
His newly-conceived "Simple Splendor" set menus promise to tantalise palates with exquisite, contemporary Cantonese cuisine prepared using a variety of modest cooking techniques such as boiling and braising that are seemingly simple, but take a lifetime to master.
Savour signature dishes such as Double-boiled Sea Whelk Soup with Conpoy for a light yet flavourful appetiser and Hand-pulled Noodles with Beef Knee for a delectable combination of perfectly al dented noodles and tender meat.
