The new Towers Modern Bistro at The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo accentuates a modern, informal, yet elegant ambiance allowing guests to indulge in a casual mood while enjoying innovative cuisines and the magnificent view of Tokyo from the 45th floor.

By still reflecting The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo's signature refined dining experience, Towers Modern Bistro's new concept is much more approachable for guests looking for a leisurely dining venue for dinner on weeknights, casual brunch on the weekends or to enjoy drinks and small bites after work.

Helmed by Executive Sous Chef, Franck-Elie Laloum, the new menus in Towers Modern Bistro have been carefully crafted to showcase International modern cuisine, collecting flavors from all over the world but not forgetting the notable influence of seasonal Japanese produce.

Operating hours:

  • Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Dinner: 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Brunch: Every Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Knife for life
Personalize your dining experience with your own Laguiole knife, manufactured in the Aveyron region of southern France. Members of the “Knife for Life” Club will personally select their desired style of knife which will then be engraved, maintained and stored for the guest’s future visits.
