An Innovative Seoul - Welcoming Celebrity Guest Chef Choi Hyun-seok
The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong welcomes intrepid South Korean Chef Choi Hyun-seok to Ozone to serve his innovative cuisine of European influence with a touch of Korean flair.

Chef Choi has built up an impressive career that began in the kitchen of famed Italian restaurant La Cucina and progressed on his creative path at Tasty BLVD and ELBON the table. His fan base has been escalated by frequent TV shows and appearances and, unsurprisingly, by the opening of his own restaurant in his namesake Choi.

Ozone offers the loftiest of Sunday treats with our Dom Pérignon Ultimate Brunch serving a feast of delectable dishes from land to sea. Live stations offer scrumptious top quality produce prepared by Chef Roberto Riveros and his culinary team. Expect rotating menus that include highlights such as Lobster Paella, Spanish Cold Cuts, Fresh Seafood and more.
