Treat your palate to Two Michelin Star Tin Lung Heen’s latest menus curated by Director of Culinary Chef Paul Lau. Available from March 1, 2021 onwards, the exquisite Five-course Abalone Indulgence Lunch Menu featuring Tossed Noodle with Australian Abalone (6 Heads) in Oyster Sauce is a perfect midday pick-me-up.

Two Michelin-starred restaurant Tin Lung Heen presents a six-course gourmet menu featuring delicacies prepared with the freshest ingredients and served in luxurious, elegant and contemporary atmosphere for the gourmet in us all to savor.

Tin Lung Heen Dim Sum Making Workshop

A 90-minute dim sum making class, complete with a set lunch menu with dim sum dishes made during the class at Tin Lung Heen. Available for 2 to 6 persons per class only; advance reservations are required; confirmation is subject to chef’s availability.
