Hotel Policies

  • The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is a non-smoking hotel, except for in designated smoking areas.
  • In-house guests and guests wishing to smoke will be kindly directed towards the ground floor lobby on level 9.
  • The continuing efforts to comply with the smoke-free policy reinforces The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong’s commitment to being an environmentally friendly hotel.
  • Check-in: 3 p.m.
  • Check-out: 12 p.m.
  • Guests have to be 18 years or older with a valid photo ID to check-in.
  • Upon check-in, we ask all guests to show valid photo identification such as a passport or ID card.
  • Each room allows for two adults at the regular rate. 
    • A room can accommodate a maximum of up to three guests: however a supplemental charge will apply. 
    • Two adults and one child of 0-12 years of age are allowed when using existing bedding provided in the room.
    • In selected rooms a rollaway bed is allowed for a supplemental charge.
  • The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is a pet-friendly hotel accepting all well-mannered, healthy dogs and cats weighting 20kg or below. Maximum 2 pets per room.
    • Pet-sitting service is available at a supplement.
    • Additional HK$800 + 10% service charge per pet is required; only applicable to our “Standard Rates” up to Deluxe Suite room type; and cannot be applied to our promotion and package rates (except for guests who enjoy “The Pawfect Stay” package).
    • Pets are not allowed in any hotel restaurants, swimming pool, fitness center, spa facilities and Club Lounge. Pet must be leashed, caged or firmly held when they are in all public areas of the hotel.
    • Deep cleaning fee applies for Deluxe Victoria Harbour Suite at HK$2,000 per stay, Premier Executive Suite, Carlton Suite, and The Ritz-Carlton Suite at HK$3,000 per stay
