How can I make a reservation?

When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time.
Should I shave and shower before a treatment?
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.
What should I wear during my treatment?
We ask that you disrobe completely for your body treatment(s). For your comfort, disposable underwear and a bathrobe are provided. Our therapists are trained to appropriately drape you for privacy.
What about my jewelry and valuables?
We advise you to remove all jewelry prior to your arrival at the Spa.
Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?
Our Spa receptionist will help you plan the perfect Spa experience, including the best order in which to enjoy your treatments.
Is there a minimum age for treatments?
Guests must be at least 16 years of age to enjoy spa treatments. Minors aged below 16 may receive treatments accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
What is the cancellation policy?
For cancellations or changes in appointments, a minimum 12-hour advanced notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full for any scheduled appointment, program or service not attended. For outside guests, a credit card number is required at the time you book your treatments.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will shorten your treatment. Please remember that your treatment must end on time to prevent further delays, regardless of how late you start.
What about payment for Spa services?
All major credit cards, cash with proper identification are accepted. Spa services can also be charged to your hotel bill. For your convenience, payment is accepted prior to treatments at the time of check-in. Please present discounts, gift vouchers and gift certificates at the time services are rendered. Discounts do not apply to spa packages, promotions, special events or holidays.
What about gratuities?
You may opt to leave additional gratuity for your therapist.
May I bring my cellphone?
Our Spa promotes an environment of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ rights to privacy and peace. The use of cellular phones and electronic devices is prohibited in Mandapa Spa.
May I smoke or drink alcohol in the Spa?
Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in Mandapa Spa. We recommend that you refrain from consuming alcohol within eight hours of your treatment.
What are the facilities do you have in your Spa?
Guests can enjoy complete spa facilities from Vitality Pool, steam and sauna, private locker room, relaxation area and yoga pavilion.
Do you have Fitness Center?
Fitness Centre is adjacent to Mandapa Spa and is open for 24 hours. Guess can access the Fitness Center with their room key.
