Two-Michelin-star restaurant Tin Lung Heen Chef de Cuisine, Paul Lau, has prepared a Seasonal Hairy Crab menu, featuring six-courses, including the finest hairy crabs from Lake Taihu in Wuxi for foodies and gourmets to savor.

Time: 12nn – 2:30 p.m. (weekdays) and 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. (weekends and public holidays); 6 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (every day)
