Dedicated sommelier Benson Yan has carefully selected the best vintages of Blanc De Lynch-Bages white wine and Château Lynch-Bages red wine from Pauillac in Bordeaux to best complete your dining experience. Available for three months only, guests can savor our Tin Lung Heen Signature Tasting Menu and Michelin Degustation Menu paired up with our recommended specials as the best companion.

Celebrate the arrival of the New Year in luxury as two Michelin-starred restaurant Tin Lung Heen presents a six-course gourmet menu featuring delicacies prepared with the freshest ingredients and served in luxurious, elegant and contemporary atmosphere for the gourmet in us all to savor.

Monday to Friday

Saturday to Sunday and Public Holidays

Price: HK$1,888 per guest (a minimum order for two guests or above)
