Reminiscent Wine Tour to Welcome Year of the Dog

Raise your glass to celebrate the Year of the Dog. Two Michelin-starred Tin Lung Heen introduces an original and engaging wine pairing concept to welcome happiness and prosperity in 2018.

Sommelier Benson Yan has expertly selected exceptional wines with vintages 2006, 1994 and 1982 from Bordeaux, Champagne and the Rhône Valley in France. This unique gustatory experience will begin with a Champagne toast, followed by exceptional whites and reds and conclude with ambrosial dessert wines for a perfect finale. The fine labels originating from remarkable harvest years match the 12-year cycle of Chinese Zodiac (The Year of the Dog) will accompany an exquisite Michelin degustation menu, making for an extraordinary feast of the senses.

The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong Welcomes Chef Dominique Bouchet from Two Michelin-Starred Dominique Bouchet Tokyo

This March, the world’s highest hotel takes diners on a tour of Japan with a specially created French-cuisine-marries-Japanese-produce menu presented by Chef Dominique Bouchet of two Michelin-starred Dominique Bouchet Tokyo. Chef Dominique began his career back in the 70’s working with Joël Robuchon. He gained two Michelin Stars as Executive Chef of “Jamin”, followed by three Michelin Stars as Head Chef of “La Tour D’Argent and two Michelin Stars as Head Chef of “Les Ambassadeurs” at Hotel de Crillon. He is now renowned for his Michelin-Starred Dominique Bouchet restaurants in Paris and Tokyo.

For three days only, Chef Dominique will showcase his classic French haute cuisine using the finest ingredients sourced from various regions in Japan. The exclusive menu will be served in Tin Lung Heen’s private dining room where guests can admire the spectacular view from 102nd floor whilst savoring the chef’s gastronomic creations. Treat yourself and your love to what promises to be the culinary highlight of the year.
