A Wine Connoisseurs Journey to Côte d'Or

Tin Lung Heen brings you a fine wine selection from Burgundy’s most prestigious region, Côte d'Or renowned for its production of its most distinguished wines. Sommelier Benson Yan has diligently selected the best from this region to pair with the Michelin degustation menu.

This specially crafted six-course dinner menu is paired with the following selected wines from the region to ensure every epicurean an experience to remember.

White - Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Baudines
Red - Nuits St Georges 1er Cru Les Vignes Rondes
Red - Domaine Daniel Rion Et Fils
Red - Clos Vougeot Grand Cru

Monday to Friday

Time: 12 nn – 2:30 pm and 6 pm – 10:30 pm

Saturday to Sunday, Public Holiday

Time: 11:30 am – 3 pm and 6 pm – 10:30 pm
Price: HK$1,928 per person for a six-course menu
