Inspired by Salvatore Ferragamo’s latest collections, Culinary Master Chef Pino Lavarra of Tosca has designed an array of alluring afternoon tea delights presented in an elegant tea stand with a galvanized metallic finish replicating the patented “Flower Heel” design of the latest footwear collection of Salvatore Ferragamo.

Autumn Allure with LA SPINETTA

Tosca brings its patrons a unique opportunity to sample the finest delicacies exquisitely crafted by Michelin-starred Chef Pino Lavarra, accompanied by the utmost enticing wine labels from the illustrious Italian winery LA SPINETTA.

LA SPINETTA (meaning “top of the hill”) located in the heart of the area well-known for Moscato d'Asti, was founded in Castagnole Lanze, with the winery philosophy: “In order to make great wines…one must be willing to work hard”, dedicated in making wine with passion.

LA SPINETTA wine pairing prices start from HK$220 per glass and HK$980 or above per bottle.

Tosca celebrates its guests’ birthdays with more glitz and glam. Chef Pino Lavarra and his culinary team look forward to spinning magic to turn your Michelin-starred dinner into an even more memorable celebration with complimentary Italian Spumante and a choice of Ritz-Carlton signature cakes.

Pino’s First Table

Join Chef Pino to celebrate his Michelin star. With limited-seats, Pino's First Table is a unique four-course menu presented each night (Monday to Thursday, except public holidays). The bespoke crafted menu is available at a special price of HK$698 per guest, window seats guaranteed.

Reservations must be made at least one day in advance.

Chef Pino's First Table is served only once each evening at 6:30 p.m.
