DAMIANI MIMOSA AFTERNOON TEA
To welcome the new season, Tosca introduces a lavish afternoon tea menu inspired from renowned Italian jeweler Damiani’s Mimosa collection.

Designed by Chef Rafael Charquero, Tosca Pastry Chef, this luscious high tea experience is an excellent opportunity to savor uniquely crafted pastries and treats epitomizing the elegance of the Damiani's creations. The sweet and savory array of delicacies served and designed to match the etherealness and grace of the Mimosa spring flower that inspired the collection, will regal all gourmets' tastebuds and fine jewelry adepts.

Presented in a collection of plates, leather jewellery trays and boxes specially commissioned by Damiani that provide a setting and an atmosphere to match the sophistication and creativity of Damiani’s artful designs.

Tosca’s Birthday Glitz & Glam
Tosca celebrates its guests’ birthdays with more glitz and glam. Chef Pino Lavarra and his culinary team look forward to spinning magic to turn your Michelin-starred dinner into an even more memorable celebration with complimentary Italian Spumante and a choice of Ritz-Carlton signature cakes.

Date:    From now until November 30, 2017
             (Sunday to Thursday only, subject to black-out dates)
Time:    6 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Terms and Conditions:
1.     Offer is valid throughout the guest’s birthday month and can only be used once per guest. Please present your ID upon redemption at the restaurant.
2.    Offer is valid from Sunday to Thursday only for birthdays from now until November 30, 2017, subject to black-out dates.
3.     A minimum of three courses per guest must be ordered to enjoy the privilege.
4.     A one-pound complimentary birthday cake (Green Tea and Raspberry Cake/Mango Delight/Banana Cocoa) will be offered per table.
5.     Two-day advance reservation is required for the table and cake selection.
6.     A complimentary glass of Italian Spumante will be offered to each diner.

Tasca d'Almerita Wine Pairing

Tosca brings its patrons a unique opportunity to sample some of the finest Sicilian wines from Tasca d'Almerita, the renowned family-owned winery now managed by its eight generations after 200 years of existence. Our dedicated sommelier has selected a diverse collection of labels from the old winery’s five different estates, including the Rosso del Conte, considered the father of modern Sicilian high-end reds. Embark on this tasting tour of the Tasca d’Almerita’s territory, also appreciating the commitment of the wine maker for sustainability, biodiversity and conservation.

Saturday Boutique Winery Lunch

Tosca regales its guests with a seasonal degustation lunch menu paired with Boutique premium wines. A perfect weekend treat, this meticulously crafted menu features Two-starred Michelin Chef Pino Lavarra sophisticated dishes paired with unusual wine labels. Uncommon and rare labels were sourced from family boutique wineries known for producing biodynamic and organic wines.

Treat your taste buds to this indulgent Saturday lunch amid sleek and luxurious décor on the 102nd floor with the most spectacular views of Hong Kong.

Pino’s First Table

Join Chef Pino to celebrate his Michelin star. With limited-seats, Pino's First Table is a unique four-course menu presented each night (Monday to Thursday, except public holidays). The bespoke crafted menu is available at a special price of HK$698 per guest, window seats guaranteed.

Reservations must be made at least one day in advance.

Chef Pino's First Table is served only once each evening at 6 p.m.
