La Dolce Vita Wine Lunch

La Dolce Vita – ‘The Sweet Life’ - a phrase popularized by the iconic 1960 Federico Fellini film of the same name denotes a free and easy lifestyle of luxury and pleasure. This philosophy is transported to the tables of Tosca with an innovative menu of delectable Italian cuisine with a regular menu changes taking inspiration from the diverse regions of his homeland.

For our latest journey, Tosca is whisking you away to taste of the summer on the Amalfi Coast, Campania. For Italians, the dishes from Campania represent summer and the bountiful ingredients that Campania offers. The rich soil provides sweet San Marzano tomatoes, swordfish can be caught from the coastal waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea, and the region also is famous for its pastries such as rum baba. A fine selection of wines from the same region has been chosen to pair perfectly with the five courses menu to complete the epicurean experience.

Enjoy Tosca Sunday Brunch the Italian Way

The essence of Italy is brought alive at Tosca. Atop The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, on Level 102, 420 meters above Victoria Harbour, discover an assortment of authentic Italian delicacies including Neapolitan Pizza, Sea Salt Sea Bass, Grilled Lobster, a Pasta station, and a selection of Italian specialties with a free-flow of bubblies of your choice.

Pino’s First Table

Join Chef Pino to celebrate his Michelin star. With limited-seats, Pino's First Table is a unique menu presented each night (available from Monday to Thursday, except public holidays), window seats guaranteed.

Reservations must be made at least one day in advance.

Chef Pino's First Table is served only once each evening at 6:30 p.m.

Monday to Thursday (except Public Holidays)
Date: January 2, 2018 onwards
Time: 6:30 p.m. only (table will be held for 20 minutes; dinner must start before 7 p.m.)
Price: HK$698 per guest for a 4-course menu
           HK$888 per guest for a 5-course menu

Tosca celebrates its guests celebrating their birthdays with more glitz and glam. Chef Pino Lavarra and his culinary team look forward to spinning magic to turn your Michelin-starred dinner into an even more memorable celebration with complimentary Italian Spumante and a choice of Ritz-Carlton signature cakes.

Terms and Conditions
1.    Offer is valid throughout the guest’s birthday month and can only be used once per guest. Please present your ID upon redemption at the restaurant.
2.    From Sunday to Thursday only and valid for birthdays from now to November 29, 2018 subject to black-out dates.
3.    A minimum of three courses per guest must be ordered to enjoy the privilege.
4.    A one-pound birthday cake (Green Tea and Raspberry Cake/Mango Delight/Banana Cocoa) will be included per table.
5.    Two days advance reservation is required for the table and cake selection.
