Nicola Russo, Chef De Cuisine of Michelin-starred restaurant Tosca at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong hails from Pisa and has garnered 15 years of culinary experience in international luxury hotels and restaurants.  Chef Nicola continues Tosca’s pursuit of showcasing top quality Italian cuisines to the palates of Hong Kong’s discerning gourmands.

The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong welcomes Alessandro Luppolo, our new pastry chef, to Tosca’s kitchen. Alessandro brings 12 years of culinary experience to the chef team that has seen him zig zag the Atlantic between Italy and New York City developing his talents in his chosen culinary discipline.
