The team at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara knows a thing or two about lending a listening ear and a generous helping hand. After learning that a couple staying at the hotel had checked in for their would-be honeymoon when their wedding plans were canceled due to California wildfires, they decided to plan a wedding ceremony extravaganza to mark the couple's vow to lifelong love.
A MOMENT TO REMEMBER
On the bluffs overlooking the Pacific, the Director of Banquets — who also just so happens to be an ordained minister — officiated a picturesque wedding and even gave a Best Man toast for the bride and groom. The hotel filled the guest chairs ensuring that the photos reflected a full house for this seaside matrimony.
Not only was this story of romance covered by a local newspaper, but the couple also expressed that the experience was like "having a fairy godmother."
