Ozone is taking Sunday Brunch to new heights with a spectacular new menu to include your favorite brunch classics and other tasty new dishes. For $688 per person, enjoy your choice of a main course, and semi buffet. Highlights include Cheese Linguine Aglio e Olio with Shrimp and Lobster, Wagyu Beef Burger with Truffle Fries.

Seafood lovers may opt for the Seasonal Seafood Platter (additional HK$388 per head) with oysters, snow crab legs, king prawns, sea whelks and blue mussels.

This drinking and dining experience will be elevated with magnificent savory bites. Inspired by the Five Element-themed cocktail menu, the talented team of Ozone has thoughtfully prepared a series of Five Element-themed afternoon tea set menu to enhance guests’ afternoon exploration of taste.The “Five Elements” Savory Afternoon Tea highlights five bite-sized savory treats and one pastry, including the bar’s signature Mini Mushroom Wagyu Beef Burger.

Bottled Cocktail Series by Ozone

Cocktail lovers rejoice as Ozone at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong presents a series of bottled cocktails. Available for online purchase at Each bottle is perfect for two to three servings for only HK$198. Enjoy special prices upon purchase of two bottles or more. Same-day order must be made four hours before the requested pick-up time, and the bottled concoctions can be picked up at the hotel’s Arrival Lobby on Level 9 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm daily. Guests may also purchase the bottled cocktails at Ozone (Level 118) from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Fragrant Negroni: Tanqueray Gin is sous-vide infused with grapefruit peels for over two hours, exuding extracting the fragrances and bittersweet notes of grapefruit oil. Mandarine Napoleon Liqueur adds vibrant flavors of Mediterranean citrus fruits, green pine, vanilla, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon, while Regal Rogue Daring Dry Vermouth rounds out the drink with a light savory umami finish.
Suggested garnish: Grapefruit slice.

Black Truffle Manhattan: This cocktail is an irresistible taste of luxury in a bottle as Bulleit Rye Whiskey is fat-washed with the finest truffle oil. The addition of Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino enhances the complexity of the cocktail with its flavors of licorice, orange zest, rhubarb and the underlying spicy hints.
Suggested garnish: Orange peel or twist.

Suave Espresso Martini:This espresso martini is as sleek and worldly as its name suggests – elegant, smooth and sophisticated. Plantation 3 Star Rum is infused with tonka beans, which add flavors of vanilla, cardamom and cherry to the bottled concoction. Mr. Black Amaro enriches the overall flavor profile by bringing out notes of coffee, herbs, citrus and cacao, while striking a balance between the bitterness of the espresso and the sweetness of the Amaro.

Ozone Mixology Class requires at least one-day advance reservation, and is subject to the hotel’s availability.
