Weekend Brunch at the Highest Bar in the World

Ozone is taking weekend brunch to new heights with a spectacular new menu to include your favorite brunch classics and other tasty new dishes. For $488 per person, enjoy your choice of a salad, a main course, and unlimited access to the Eggs and Dessert Live Stations. Highlights include Truffle Eggs Benedict with Homemade Brioche, Spinach and Béarnaise Sauce; Maine Lobster Mac & Cheese; Ozone Signature Wagyu Beef Burger with Truffle Fries; and Homemade Pancake and Waffle with Fresh Berries.

Seafood lovers may opt for the Seasonal Seafood Platter (additional HK$388 per head) with Boston lobster, oyster, snow crab, prawns and clams.

The brunch experience is not complete without your favorite drinks. Select one of our beverage packages at a supplement for free-flowing fruit-secco, selected cocktails, Dom Perignon Vintage 2008, and more.

Ozone Mixology Class

Are you an aspiring mixologist? Get a head start and learn from Ozone’s talented team of mixologists. In this comprehensive, hands-on class, you will learn to use different techniques and create a selection of delicious cocktails. Perfect for those trying to improve their mixology skills or looking for small party and gift ideas.

Ozone Mixology Class requires at least one-day advance reservation, and is subject to the hotel’s availability.

Date: Saturdays and Sundays
Price: HK$500 per person
Capacity: From two to six persons only per class
Instructor: Ozone Bar Manager Oscar Mena, or one of our professional mixologists at Ozone
