Sunday Brunch at the Highest Bar in the World
Ozone is taking Sunday Brunch to new heights with a spectacular new menu to include your favorite brunch classics and other tasty new dishes. For $738 per person, enjoy your choice of a main course, and semi buffet. Highlights include Grilled Prime Sirloin Steak with Baby Asparagus, Signature Wagyu Beef Burger and Roasted Tom Yum Cod Fish with Mango and Papaya Salad.
Seafood lovers may opt for the Seasonal Seafood Platter (additional HK$428 per head) with Boston Lobster, oysters, snow crab legs, king prawns, and blue mussels.

Luminous Jungle Night Brunch
Dig into exotic South American and Japanese-inspired cuisine while exploring the glowing wilderness high above the city. Join the Ozone night safari to discover an array of vibrant fusion dishes on the Luminous Jungle menu, including a citrusy Salmon Ceviche served with dry cachaca, passionfruit, lime cilantro and quinoa to start; an aromatic Roasted Cod Fish with Bamboo Leaf and rustic Grilled Picanha Steak as mains; as well as a juicy Roasted Pineapple to finish. The Tacos Feast
Ozone, the highest rooftop bar in the world, presents an exotic South American style Tacos and Tequilas menu to welcome the New Year at 490 meters in the sky.
The menu highlights three alluring types of tacos, including the Slow Cook Beef Tacos, Spicy Chicken Tacos, and Veggie Tacos. Featuring a satisfying crunch from the taco shell, each taco is filled to the brim with the perfect balance of flavorful meats or veggies, toppings and various cheeses. Pair these savory bites with three spicy, tequila-infused cocktails for a mesmerizing Latin American culinary experience.

Ozone Mixology Class requires at least one-day advance reservation, and is subject to the hotel’s availability.
