The most special part of cooking at The Ritz-Carlton: “Our mission in our restaurants is to offer dishes and specialties that the guest cannot find anywhere else in a similar range. That's why we maintain very close contact with our suppliers, who produce incredibly high-quality, local products, from the local mushrooms — they grow in an old wine cellar in the second district — to our farmers and meat suppliers, who can tell you the name of the animals and their full pedigree.”

Must-dos in Vienna: “Of course, all the different museums and great historical sites in the city center are a must-see, but you shouldn't miss out on the more idyllic outskirts with their wonderful vineyards and great hiking trails.”
