A LEGACY OF LEARNING & CONSERVATION

Ambassadors of the Environment

Genuine care is often born through connection. This is the thought behind Ambassadors of the Environment, a hands-on, educational program developed by Jean-Michel Cousteau’s Ocean Futures Society. In partnership with select Ritz-Carlton and Reserve properties, kids and adults are encouraged to engage with the world around them and understand how their actions can help preserve it for future generations.

GRAND CAYMAN, CAYMAN ISLANDS

The island’s reefs and marine life can be explored by glass-bottomed boat, kayaking excursions and underwater photography shoots.

KAPALUA, HAWAII

Set within a large nature preserve, Kapalua offers activities including hiking, tide pool exploration, snorkeling and whale-watching.

DORADO BEACH, PUERTO RICO

In Puerto Rico, observe animals after dark, learn the history of the native Taino people, snorkel amid coral and tend to an organic garden.
