Fitness Center



The contemporary Fitness Center features weight training and cardiovascular equipment, an extensive variety of fitness classes and the services of a personal trainer.  While working out, get energized by the superb views of the Caribbean Sea.

A range of health facilities include separate women and men’s luxurious locker area, steam and sauna rooms and a yoga studio. Open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

A comprehensive fitness schedule is available offering a variety of fun and effective classes. Fitness and wellness activities are offered from Monday through Saturday upon request.

Semi Private Classes


Our fitness professional will guide you through a series of exercises that will allow you to train your cardio system and tone your body.

  • Total Body Conditioning: Combines cardio and muscle training into an interval workout with the use of steps, fit balls and a circuit training.
  • Mexican Zumba: Reggaeton, salsa and techno cumbia rhythms will improve your cardio system.
  • Yoga Fusion: A complete training that combines yoga, pilates mat, tai chi and stretching techniques.
  • Sunrise Yoga: A series of physical postures linked with conscious breathing that develop core strength, detoxify the body, and clear the mind.
  • Hydrobalance: Low impact workouts using the natural resistance of the water to strengthen and tone.
  • Knock Out Training: Combines cardiovascular training with martial arts and boxing.
  • Beach Walk: Reconnect with nature and learn breathing techniques that will train your cardio system.
  • Salsa: Entertainment focused on easy to learn steps that will impress your friends at your next party.

A minimum of two participants is required. Classes are offered prior reservation and are priced at $25 USD per person.

Special Classes


Specially design for guests who like to push themselves a little more.

  • Ironman: A combination of running and swimming specially designed for guests who are training for a demanding sport competition.
  • Ashtanga Yoga: This method of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures producing an intense internal heat that detoxifies the body.
  • Beach Circuits:  With the Mexican Caribbean Sea as scenery, this one-stop total-body exercise session, combines strength training and cardio in a single workout to help you burn fat and build lean muscle.
  • Pilates Reformer: A private class to tone and stretch your body with this revolutionary and effective technique.

All classes are offered prior reservation and are priced at $60 USD per person.

The Fitness Center offers the following sessions with our compliments. Kindly please note a minimum of three guests is needed.

  • Wednesday: Circuit Training at 12 p.m.
  • Friday: Total Body Conditioning at 7 a.m.

Sunrise Boot Camp


With the beach as scenery this intense, fun and dynamic conditioning program combines a series of cardio and muscle training to tone and stretch your body. It includes a personalized body analysis and a healthy breakfast and lunch. One-day program is priced at $200 USD per person, two-day program is priced at $300 USD per person.

    7:50 to 8:30 a.m. Walking on the beach
    8:30 to 9 a.m. Caribbean breakfast

    10:50 to 11 a.m. Invigorating drinks
    11 to 11:50 a.m. Cardio workout
    Noon to 1 p.m. Healthy lunch

Private Training


The service of a Personal Trainer is offered to assist you from Monday through Saturday for a price of $60 USD per hour. Advanced reservations are required.
