Journey back from the primitive Everglades to the sublime water rituals of the resort’s all-new Eau Spa. Embrace the open air sanctuary of the Self-Centered Garden and a special lunch for two of either an Eau Spa Garden Lunch Box; Artesian Cheese Plate with Seasonal Fruit and Berries; or a Lemon-Pepper Shrimp Pita – each with signature Eau Spa chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

Wild and rugged with a beauty of its own, the Florida Everglades is a dynamic ecosystem that is strained by today’s environment.  Dwindling wetland forests were once a thriving habitat for wildlife and now need your attention to become prolific again.  Accompanied by the ladies and gentlemen of our resort and armed with appropriate planting tools and attire, you will participate in building a Ritz-Carlton forest, one tree at a time.  This is a hands-on environmental education experience, where you will observe what Florida was once like, see indigienous animals and plants, and assist in rejuvenating the ecosystems by planting a native Cypress tree in the Everglades.

Our littlest overnight guests on Christmas Eve are in for a real treat with Santa Tuck-Ins!  Santa Claus comes to your room bearing gifts and candy canes to tuck in the kids and read ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas", before he springs to his sleigh to finish his evening duties.

Celebrate the festivities in our elegant ballroom with a rich and tempting buffet. Nosh on delicious appetizers, feast on seafoods, including raw bar and sushi. Enjoy meat specialties and traditional tasty vegetables and salads. Save room for dessert--a delectable display of holiday favorites including gingerbread cookies, bread pudding and Yule logs.

Kick off the holidays with elegance in the oceanfront dining room, Temple Orange with a warm ambience of glowing candles and sparkling décor as the chefs serve ala Christmas Eve dinner.

Rejoice in grand spirit at Temple Orange with our glorious holiday buffet.  An epicurean delight for all—house made breads, sweets and goodies, must-have seafoods, including raw bar and sushi. Continue with specialty meats and carving stations, savory cheeses, delicious vegetables and salads.  Dessert is abundant with cookies, cobblers, tarts and other yummy treats.  A Chamber ensemble provides a musical accompaniment playing Christmas favorites, highlighted with frequent visits from Santa.

Do your kids love playing games for prizes and hopping around in a bounce house? Then the AquaNuts Carnival is just for them…….

Have the little ladies and gentlemen join us for a night of fun and games from 8 p.m. – 1 a.m., while you enjoy yourselves!

The night will include buffet style carnival food, carnival games and prizes, arts & crafts, relay races, music and much much more!

Dinner and Dessert is included; For Children ages 5 – 12.  Please register with the Recreation Department at extension 4833 by December 28 at 12 p.m.
