Who can resist the excitement and anticipation of good natured, old fashioned fun of Spin the Bottle? Angle puts the whimsy back in Valentine’s Day by offering a $45 “spin” of the bottle at the award winning wine wall. More fun than “seven minutes in Heaven,” guests will randomly select a 750 ml of wine, spin to see the label and enjoy with dinner--the wines range in value from $65 to $225.

The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach has cooked up intoxicatingly fun and aphrodisiac cuisine to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special someone! Dinner begins with a Caviar Taco and glass of champagne followed by a White Asparagus Vichyssoise with Smoked Salmon and Asparagus Sorbet. Next course is an Heirloom Tomato Salad with Burrata Cheese, Baby Greens and Banylus Vinaigrette. Entrée is shared by two—Aurora Farms Chateaubriand & Butter Poached Maine Lobster with Swank Farms vegetables and Yukon Gold Puree. Dessert is divine with Chocolate and Coffee!

Valentines dining takes on a decidedly sensual twist when shared beneath the stars in our oceanfront cabanas. The night begins with chilled seafood delicacies of Citrus Poached Shrimp, Wianno Oysters, American Caviar and Florida Stone Crab. Second course is Swank Farm Heirloom Beets with Loxahatchee Goat Cheese, Avocado and Micro Basil; basil is alluring and keeps the home fires burning. The meal continues with a duo entrée of Chateaubriand and Lobster with luscious, buttered Asparagus and Sweet Potato Mash. The dessert winds down the evening with a decadent trio of Chocolate Souffle, Chocolate Crème Brulee and Chocolate Molten Cake, plus steaming, frothy cappuccinos. Guests can canoodle by the fire-pit for after dinner libations, simmering conversation and take home a Valentine treat for two!

Eight Oceanfront Cabanas are available with a server; Cabana dinner pricing is $600 per couple, plus tax and gratuity.

Temple Orange at The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach stirs up some real fun and invites couples to share a very special night for two--aphrodisiac dinner with your sweetheart in Temple Orange. Dinner begins with Loxahatchee Heirloom Tomato Salad with Buffalo Mozzarella, Basil and Balsamic Drizzle. Entrée continues with a classic Beef Wellington with Au Gratin Potato, Buttered Asparagus and Porcini Mushroom Sauce. Dessert is divine with a decadent chocolate finale—the ultimate in aphrodisiac foods! Sweet selections include White and Dark Chocolate Fondues with cakes, cookies and marshmallow-y dipping treats. Other indulgent fantastically, fudge-y confections include Chocolate Bark, Red Velvet Cupcakes, Cappuccino Whoopie Pies and Chocolate Covered Cherries and more!

Friday nights at Temple Orange by Night offers a fun, innovative approach to the term "go fish" through April. Fresh, day-boat local catches from South Florida and a savory seafood buffet of sushi, oysters, shrimp, crab claws, lobster salad and are presented King Neptune style! Also enjoy slow-roasted prime rib, hand selected and seasoned by our very own Chef de Cuisine Matt Stephens; accompanied by delicious salad bar.

Friday and Saturday nights

Enjoy the Asian flavorings of local celebrity chef, Sushi Jo and his chopstick specialties. DJ mixes it up Friday and Saturday nights. Specialties include Red Light District with spicy tuna, kim chi sauce; Lobster Soy Wrap with spicy mayo, masago and scallion; and Ibiza veggie roll with avocado, shiitake mushroom, cucumber and daikon sprouts. Sake and bubbly are served too in addition to the full bar!
