For your convenience, we have compiled answers to common questions you may find helpful in choosing the types of treatment that best meet your individual needs or desires.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify more than four (4) hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee. A credit card number is required at the time you book your treatments.
Is there a minimum age for Spa treatments?
Guests of the Spa must be at least 18 years of age or older.
What about gratuities?
For your convenience, an 18.5% service charge will be added for each spa service you receive. If services were satisfactory, please feel free to leave additional gratuity which will be distributed to the Spa staff who served you during your visit.
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made by calling (917) 790-2660. We encourage you to reserve treatments at least one week in advance.

What should I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided. Lockers are available for your personal items.
When should I arrive?
For your enhanced relaxation we suggest you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment.
