Chef Loren Lawe's specialties include seared peppercorn ahi tuna; panchetta wrapped monkfish on corn fava bean and pearl onion fricassee; and grilled portabello and sautéed gnocchi with baby artichokes, asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes and panchetta with a black truffle sauce.
