Reservations
To make an appointment you may call our spa directly from The Ritz Carlton, Palm Beach by dialing 4960. If you are calling from outside the resort, dial (561) 540-4960 or for more information go to
http://www.eauspa.com/. We accept most major credit cards which are required to hold your reservation. We suggest making appointments in advance. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, we require 24 hours notice for individual appointments and packages. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will be billed 100% of the published price of each service.
Check-In
Please arrive 45-minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. This allows time for a leisurely check-in, a change of clothes, and a few meau-ments to relax and enjoy our facilities. To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival. Please present all Gift Certificates and promotional coupons at check-in.
Eau-so-Late
Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment, we may have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next guest.
Valuables
For the safety of your valuables, we suggest that you leave them in the safe provided in your hotel room. The Eau Spa will not assume any liability for valuables.
Refunds
You can exchange unopened products within 14 days of purchase if you have a receipt. We cannot exchange any opened products.
Service Charge
An additional 20% service charge will be added. Gratuity for exemplary service is discretional. Prices and services subject to change without notice.

Self-Centered Garden
Self-Centered Garden /$75 per day
Self-Centered Weekend Away (includes lunch)/$140 per person
Self-Centered Garden Weekly Pass/$350 per person
Everyday is a lovely day for a daydream in the Self-Centered Garden! Come for a day, a weekend or pop in every day with a weekly pass. All passes include full use of the Self-Centered Garden where you can cool off in pristine pools and twirl in our hanging chairs with a book or a friend. Your pass also includes full use of the saunas, steams, jacuzzi and heated beds in the Bath Lounge. Don’t worry about your belongings, they will be safe and sound in your very own locker.
Moonlight Parties
Look out for our Moonlight Parties with our resident DJ. Enjoy friends, music, wine and relaxation under the stars in the Self-Centered Garden.
Spa Groups and Spa Parties
Groups are welcome and we recommend pre-booking if there are large parties. Please contact the Spa Groupie who can customize and tailor-make your group experience as you wish!
Minimum Age Requirement
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all Spa and Salon services and Fitness Facility.
