What are The Spa hours?
The Spa is open from 7:00am - 9:00pm daily.
How do I make a reservation?
To schedule treatments at The Spa during your stay, please call or visit The Spa upon your arrival at the resort so we may accommodate your schedule.
May I make spa appointments before my arrival?
Yes, please call The Spa directly at 561-540-4960
What should I do before my treatments?
Please arrive fifteen minutes before your treatment so you have time to check in, enjoy a refreshment and be ready for your treatment. We regret late arrivals may have their treatment time shortened.
Can you secure my valuables?
The Spa does not have lockers, so pelase do not bring valuables to The Spa.
Do you have showers, steam and sauna?
The Spa does not have steam, sauna or shower facilities at this time.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
The Spa requires a credit card for all appointments and at least four hours notice for cancellation to avoid being charged the full price for your treatment.
Do your treatment prices include a gratuity?
A 20% gratuity will be added to the price of your service for your convenience, all service offerings and prices are subject to change without notice.
When will the grand spa open?
The grand spa is currently in development and will be welcoming guests in late 2008.
