Menu Selections - All food and beverage must be provided by The Ritz-Carlton, Phoenix. Our customary taxable service charge and Arizona State sales tax will be added to all food and beverage items.
Deposits - At the time your date is confirmed, a contract and an initial deposit of 25% will be required to reserve your reception space. Final pre-payment will be required three business days prior to your event, based on your estimated guarantee.
Guarantees - To ensure the success of your event, it is important that we receive your confirmed attendance by 12:00 noon, three business days before your event. This will be considered your minimum guarantee, not subject to reduction. Charges will be based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is higher.
