Culinary Center: Restaurant and Cooking School

A residential-style ocean front kitchen that brings together unparalleled culinary talent, the freshest ingredients and the world-renowned equipment from Viking Range. At The Culinary Center, guests are able to enjoy unique culinary experiences: Dine with the Chef, Cooking Lessons and Extreme Chef.

Guests are also encouraged to taste the flavors of Mexico during the educational yet entertaining Tequila Tastings, offering a journey through the history of the country’s most representative liquor.

Chef Rory Dunaway invite up to 12 guests to enjoy a four-course menu tailored to the occasion. Gastronomists are sure to enjoy a unique culinary show, learn cooking secrets, make new friends, and have fun while sharing their passion for food and wine in a magnificent setting.

Extreme Chef at The Culinary Center
Extreme Chef offers Meeting Planners the alternative to exchange their suits for aprons, and partake in an entertaining Chef competition. Charismatic Chef Rory Dunaway invites group participants into his unique oceanfront Viking kitchen for a chefs’ battle that is sure to entertain and foster camaraderie between colleagues.
