The bride, groom, bridesmaids and groomsmen can enjoy services and treatments in The Salon. Hair styling, make-up, manicures, pedicures, facials and massages are all available.

A photographer or videographer can be arranged to capture every moment of your memorable day.
What Entertainment Services do you recommend?
A variety of gifted musicians are available to perform at the wedding. Options range from classical, including a quartet, piano-and-flute duet or pianist, to Mexican, including a mariachi band, marimba, jarocho band or Mexican trio. A dance band is also an option.
What Floral services do you offer?
Wedding floral services can be easily arranged, with everything from flowers to decorate the Wedding Gazebo, to a bridal bouquet and the groom's boutonniere.
How do I choose the food for my reception?
Whether your reception is an intimate dinner or a lavish gathering, we offer a range of cuisines. From hors d’oeuvres and champagne cocktails to optional stations and gourmet buffets or formal dinners with plated selections and synchronized service, all options are catered. Your wedding professional will assist you with choosing from our extensive menu. A tasting will be scheduled to help you finalize your choices.

Our pastry chef will ensure your new life together gets off to a sweet start. Choose from our imaginative wedding cakes and patisseries or customize your own creative temptations.
What does The Ritz-Carlton provide for weddings and receptions?
The Ritz-Carlton provides all food and beverages, tables and chairs, white table linens, silverware and glasses, a dance floor, and staging for your event. The rental of a ceremony location includes chair set-up and staging as well as rehearsal time for the ceremony. This also includes an on-site Concierge to greet and assist your guests.
The Ritz-Carlton can also provide a wide range of specialty items to help you personalize your event, such as chiavari chairs, specialty linens, specialty base plates and menu cards. We can also assist you with welcome baskets, bridesmaid and groomsmen gifts and a variety of other special amenities to help add that personal touch to your wedding. Costs for all items vary.
May I bring in an outside caterer?
All events at The Ritz-Carlton are catered by our exceptional culinary team.
May I use outside vendors?
You may use outside vendors for your music, photography, and flowers. A fee may apply; contact your wedding professional for more details.
We recommend that all floral arrangements and decorations to be provided stay within the Ritz-Carlton tradition of excellence. Decorations or displays brought into the Hotel must be approved prior to arrival.
Whom will I work with to arrange my wedding?
Our Wedding Specialist can assist you with your plans from beginning to your special day. As a specialist in destination weddings, we are committed to ensuring your wedding is an unforgettable occasion.
The Wedding Specialist will organize and coordinate the entire ceremony and reception, including creating a wedding timeline and all aspects of the reception including entertainment, the first dance, celebratory toasts and cutting the cake. Nothing is more helpful on your wedding day than having someone else take care of all the details.

What do I need to know before contacting the hotel?
You should have your budget, estimated number of guests and a date. If possible, choose a couple of different dates in case your first choice is not available.
Do I need a wedding coordinator?
The Ritz-Carlton requires that you have a wedding coordinator in order to:
- Assist with etiquette and protocol for your ceremony
- Create a timeline for your entire wedding day
- Coordinate the wedding ceremony
- Recommend special event professionals to provide floral arrangements, music, and photography
- Act as a menu consultant for all food and beverage selections
- Arrange and attend your menu tasting
- Oversee the ceremony and reception
What are the requirements of the Mexican Government to get married?
In order to get married by an official of the Mexican Government, the following documents are required:
- Copy of birth certificate (must have the Apostille Convention Certification, which is a letter and seal given by your state of birth)
- Blood test and certificate issued by the hotel physician (done one week prior
- Copy of passport (mandatory)
- Copy of driver's license
- Copy of any final divorce decrees (where relevant)
- Copy of the Tourist Card (given on the Airplane)
- Four witnesses
What documentation should the witnesses provide?
Witnesses must provide the following documentation:
- Copy of the Tourist Card (if not Mexican)
- Copy of passport or driver's license
- All the papers need to be at the Judge's Office at least three business days before the wedding date.
Any other suggestions for planning my wedding?
Create a wedding binder. Clip pictures from magazines, make notes about what you have liked at other weddings you have attended. This will help you select your flowers, cake, room decor and other special touches to make your wedding uniquely yours.
