The casual yet sophisticated ambience of The Club Grill is reminiscent of a classic English Jazz Club and it features a versatile dance floor where duos can dance to the rhythms of the evocative live music. The intimate style of the award-winning Fantino, caters a menu that sublimely blends romance and love. And the private beach-side dining rooms in Casitas, completed by the serene sounds of the waves and the dim moonlight, create an unparalleled scenario.

The Culinary Center offers its ever-popular Chef’s Table featuring a four-course menu paired with wines. Partake in a fun gourmet exhibition in which you may choose to step up and cook along with Chef Dunaway or just relax and savor the mouthwatering experience.

Embark on an entertaining epicurean adventure that will please all food-lovers. Eat, drink and be merry, while you learn culinary tips from charismatic Chef Rory Dunaway, delight in a three course menu paired with exclusively selected wines.

Our knowledgeable Tequiliere guides you through a journey of either 30 or 60 minutes, of the history and flavors of Tequila. Discover unexpected agave tastes and recognize the subtle undertones and finishes of premium Tequilas.

From a serene beachside Yoga practice to a challenging Ironman training, vigorous guests are invited to continue their health regimen in our private sessions, while being guided by our fitness gurus. Available every day upon request.

A beachside five-hour conditioning session, which combines cardiovascular and muscle training that will tone and stretch your body. The sunrise boot camp includes a personalized body analysis and hearty breakfast and lunch. Available every day upon request.

One-day program is priced at $200 usd per person, two-day program is priced at $300 usd per person.

With activities that are both fun and educational, our entertaining Kids Camp offers little bundles of joy, the opportunity to interact with guests their own age, create arts and crafts, and play traditional Mexican games. Little ones ages four to 12, can join for full day programs, or hourly activities.

6 p.m. – 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday

Because the after-hours are fun for kids as well, we’ve put together a selection of entertaining games for Friday night and a cool pajama party with a beach bonfire on Saturday evening.

3:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. Tuesday and Friday

Peek inside our kitchens on a private culinary tour and learn about the sanitation procedures that take place backstage. Participants will explore the pastry kitchen and all the way to our main kitchen. Be part of an exciting adventure at a place we like to call “the heart of the house”.
