From Monday to Saturday
Relish an array of flavors in a variety of ambiences with the resort’s new Progressive Dinners. Through a culinary journey, explore the master specialties of the resort’s six restaurants. Start the adventure with appetizers at the Sushi & Seafood Bar and continue for entrées and main course in Fantino or The Club Grill. Then linger over dessert in Casitas on the beach or at The Lobby Lounge.
Price: four-course prix fixe menu paired with wines is $170 USD per person; five-course menu is $225 USD per person. Advanced reservations are required.

For the little guests younger than 12, our chefs have created a special offer where children can explore the complete variety of restaurants of the resort. Whether the young guests select their favorite snacks or enjoy fine dining, all meals and beverages from the kids menus.

The Ritz Kids® Meal Plan package includes:

• Meals from the kids menus in all our six restaurants and from in-room dining
• Soft drinks and juices
• Snacks by the pool from the children menu
• Ice cream from the cart by the pool

It applies for children under 12 years of age.  Ritz Kids® Meal Plan must be bought for entire length of stay. No reimbursement for unused portions. Children must be accompanied by an adult. At the resort’s Culinary Center, guests who love cuisine delight in fun cooking classes guaranteed to entertain, educate and excite. Culinary Center Chef Rory Dunaway charms and captivates in each two-hour session, inspiring epicureans and sending them home ready to prepare select foods and wow their dinner party guests—or simply please themselves.

Sessions take place in a beautiful kitchen overlooking the ocean and use the finest equipment from Viking Range Corporation. Learn how to create luscious seafood during the Spa Cuisine class; authentic margaritas, ceviche and other sumptuous dishes in the Real Mexican class; and an Italian meal in the Tuscan Dinner Party. Other themes include Thai Cuisine, Grilling Mexican Style and Rendez-Vous Provence Style.

Classes are held Mondays through Saturdays at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Every Tuesday and Friday

In the morning, the tranquility of the ocean creates the perfect scenario for a Yoga class. Our firness instructor guides you through a series of physical postures linked with conscious breathing and fluid movements that develop core strength, detoxify the body, and clear the mind.

Meditate and balance your body, mind and spirit.

While visiting the Mexican Caribbean, take back home more than a memory and be part of our entertaining tastings at The Culinary Center.

Experience vintages from both sides of the Andes and learn about their distinct differences. This tasting explores the traditions of contrasting climates, focusing on Chile and Argentina.

Experience Mariachi and other live Mexican entertainment at El Café Mexicano while enjoying a fabulous buffet dinner featuring specialties from all regions of the country.

World renowned Cliff Drysdale Tennis is offered at The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun. For tennis enthusiasts who like to socialize while they play, a complimentary group class is offered every Wednesday afternoon from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Healthy hors d’ouevres and natural juices are served courtside.

Learn about the sophistication of Tequila during a tasting that reveals the true insights of this Mexican tradition. The resident Tequilier will introduce its characteristics, history and latest developments.

With a wide selection of cold starters, hot specialties and live cooking stations, this Lobster and Seafood buffet is the most exciting of its kind in town. Listen to live Mexican music and then find your way to the extensive dessert selection to finish off your evening in sweet satisfaction.
