Cancellation: Guests must provide a credit card at time of reservation. During holidays, guests must cancel at least seven days in advance of their reservation or they will receive a two-night penalty. All other dates guests must cancel at least two days in advance or they will receive a two-night penalty. During December 21, 2012 - January 1, 2013, five nights non-refundable advanced deposit will be charged to the credit card on file 21 days prior to arrival. Please ask for specific cancellation policies during holidays and special events at time of booking.

Pet friendly policy: Must be under 25 pounds and there is a $150 fee per pet per stay

Parking: Valet parking only $28 USD per night; day parking $20 (validated with $30 minimum purchase)

Smoking: All guest rooms and public areas are non-smoking; there are designated outdoor smoking areas

Crib: Complimentary and available upon request

Rollaway Bed: Twin sized rollaway beds available in king bedded rooms and suites only at $35 per night
