Resort Fee
In addition to the room rate, there is a 13% daily resort fee charged per room, per night which covers a variety of guest services including, but not limited to:
- Internet access
- Valet parking
- Fitness center, steam, sauna and cold plunge
- Tennis courts
- Four premium in-room television channels
- Non-motorized activities
- Transportation to and from the Shoppes at Rose Hall, Rose Hall Great House and The White Witch Golf Course

Check-In and Check-Out Time
Check-in time is after 3 p.m.
Check-out time is 12 p.m.
Should you require a late check-out and a room is available, a half-day room rate will apply up to 3 p.m., and a full day rate will be applied for guests wishing to depart after that time.
Cancelation Policy
In the event you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel at least fourteen days prior to arrival to avoid a cancelation charge.
During certain peak holiday periods additional cancelation notice is required. Cancelations that do not comply to the above policy will forfeit total amount of the prepayment for the reservation. Please speak with a reservations agent for more information on holiday cancelation policies. Pricing and policies are subject to change without notice
Changes to Reservations*
No changes will be allowed at any time with the exception of adding extra nights, based upon availability.
Connecting/Adjoining Room Requests*
We cannot confirm requests for connecting or adjoining rooms; however, we will make every effort to meet your requests. Kindly note that special attention will be given to families with 2 or more rooms traveling with children under the age of 12.
Double/Double Bed Requests
Limited availability. Must be confirmed and guaranteed by Reservation agent at time of booking, if available.
Number of Guests Per Room
Rooms with king size beds comfortably accommodate two guests
Rooms with two double size beds comfortably accommodate four guests (two adults and two children under 18)
Additional Persons Per Room
- Additional persons 18 years and older will be assessed $75 each, per evening*
- Additional persons 18 years and older for Club Level accommodation will be assessed $150 each, per evening*
- Additional persons ages 5-17 staying on the Club Level will be assessed $100 each, per evening*
The above additional charges quoted are based on reservations made on the European Plan (accommodation only plan).
Pets
Pets are not allowed on property.
Rollaway Beds
Rollaway beds will only be allowed in suites and guestrooms with king beds at a rate of $40 per night. Only one rollaway bed per room or suite is permitted.
Spa
Persons under 17 years are not allowed to use the spa facilities at any time unless accompanied by an adult.
Damage items/Lost articles
The Hotel shall not be responsible for damage or loss of any merchandize or articles brought into the Hotel or for any items left unattended.
