In the event you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel at least fourteen days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.

Guests Per Room
Rates are based on double occupancy. The maximum number of persons allowed per room is three (3) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children under 17 years of age. Additional charges apply for more than two adult guests per room.

Airport Lounges

Arrival Lounge: Upon arriving at Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, guests are invited to enjoy the arrival airport lounges designed to provide ease and convenience when traveling to our island oasis. Here, enjoy assistance with reservations and transportation, or simply relax with cold refreshments or fresh facial towels before arriving at the hotel.

Departure Lounge: Prior to departing, relax just a little bit longer at the Club MoBay departure lounge, located directly inside the Montego Bay Airport terminal, where a variety of VIP services are available to pamper guests before departing Jamaica, including spa treatments, meeting space, wireless internet and complimentary food and beverages. Subject to a $30 charge per person.
