Jacques Cousteau once described the Red Sea as the “Corridor of Dreams” - and for good reason.

The deep crevice between the Arabian Peninsula and the African continent, home to colourful and spectacular coral reefs that teem with marine life, has fascinated travellers for centuries.

Just off The Ritz-Carlton, Sharm El Sheikh beach you can find - amongst hundreds of species - multi-coloured parrotfish, shoaling blue fusiliers, trevally, tuna and the occasional turtle coming up for air.

The award winning National Geographic Dive Centre with its multilingual staff welcome both novices and experienced divers. The centre also runs regular reef conservation projects in which the guests are invited to participate.
