La Veranda offers a very personal cuisine, using unique techniques; imaginative ideas and fresh seasonal ingredients. The executive Chef, Víctor Taborda has been trained by several award wining chefs, including Martín Berasategui. His menu creates a gastronomic fusion of Northern and Southern Spanish cuisine.
