Energy Balancing Ritual With Volcanic Stones 
Volcanic in origin, Basalt lava stones from deep in the earth, are rich in minerals and can be heated and used for deep body massage and intensive energy work. They may be placed on specific energy points to help the body clear blocked energy centres and help to relax and dissolve stress. Hot stones and ESPA blended aromatherapy oils are used during the massage with the stones being placed on vital energy points to achieve balance and grounding. Gentle stretching helps release deep-seated tension around neck and shoulders and stones are positioned along the spine.
