Payment

• Upon check-in, a form of payment is required to cover hotel incidental charges

Resort Fee

• In addition to the room rate, there is a 16 percent luxury resort fee charged per room, per night, which covers a variety of guest services including, but not limited to:
• Use of the Fitness Center
• Selection of daily fitness classes
• High-speed internet access in all guest rooms
• Wireless connections in public areas, at the pool and on the beach
• Limited services at our 24 hour Business Center
• Use of the following non-motorized water sports equipment (weather permitting and based on availability): float mats, and snorkeling equipment

Full Room & Tax Prepayment*

• Full prepayment of your total estimated room, tax and resort fee charges will be charged at time of booking. All major credit cards and money orders, or checks forwarded directly to our luxury resort are accepted. The remaining balance will be paid directly at the hotel upon departure.

Check-In and Check-Out Time

• Check-in time is after 4 p.m.
• Check-out time is 11 a.m.
• Should you require a late check-out from our Puerto Rico resort and a room is available, a half-day room rate will apply up to 3 p.m., and a full day rate will be applied for guests wishing to depart after that time.

Connecting/Adjoining Room Requests*

• We cannot confirm requests for connecting or adjoining rooms; however, we will make every effort to meet your requests. Kindly note that special attention will be given to families with 2 or more rooms traveling with children under the age of 12.

Double/Double Bed Requests

• Limited availability. Must be confirmed and guaranteed by Reservation Agent at time of booking, if available.
• Double bedded rooms cannot fit a rollaway

Number of Guests Per Room

• Rooms with king size beds comfortably accommodate two guests
• Rooms with two full size beds comfortably accommodate four guests – two adults and two children under 12
• Additional persons will be assessed $150 each, per evening, for Club Level rooms

Pets

• Pets are not allowed at our resort in Puerto Rico.

Rollaway Beds

• Rollaway beds will only be allowed in Executive Suites and Garden View Suites at a rate of $50 per night ($100 Club Level). Only one rollaway bed per room or suite is permitted.

Spa

• Our Spa and Fitness Center Facilities are to be enjoyed by adults; 18 years and over.

Damage items/Lost articles

The hotel shall not be responsible for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought into our luxury resort or for any items left unattended.
